Contact about your data
The controller of data you provide when contacting us through this website is Forthome Justyna Zych. You can email kontakt@justynazych.pl or write to this address: ul. Bursaki 29B, 38-400 Krosno.
Selling enquiry form and messages
The form asks for your first name, a phone number or email address and a message about buying, selling or preparing property visualisations and tours. For a materials enquiry, you can also select the service format. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, understand your needs and continue the conversation. Do not send a PESEL number, identity documents or other people’s personal data.
Handling your enquiry may constitute steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Other correspondence relating to the enquiry is handled on the basis of a legitimate interest in responding and communicating with you (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
An approved enquiry goes to Justyna’s private CRM and her business inbox hosted by Google. Cloudflare infrastructure sends the email notification. Details are needed while handling the matter; further retention depends on the subsequent relationship, legal obligations and the need to establish or defend claims. Analytics receives only a submission event, following separate consent to measurement, without the message or contact details.
Provider information: Cloudflare and Google.
Analytics and your choice
The “Accept” button enables analytics and Google Ads measurement. “Reject” leaves both off. Optional measurement does not start before your choice. In privacy settings, you can choose analytics only or withdraw consent.
Analytics starts only with your consent. Google Analytics measures traffic sources, pages viewed, active time and returning browsers, as well as use of galleries, films, 3D and 360° tours, filters and favourites. We also count phone and email clicks and confirmed enquiry submissions. A phone click is not a completed call. We do not send form contents, advisor conversations, names, email addresses, phone numbers or typed search terms to analytics.
Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies containing a random browser identifier for up to 180 days from creation. User and event data in GA4 is retained for 2 months; aggregate reports may cover a longer period. We do not enable Google Signals or ad personalisation in GA4 itself. Google also receives technical connection data; according to its documentation, GA4 does not log individual IP addresses.
Separately, you may consent to Google Ads measurement. Once you have also consented to analytics, we load the Google Ads tag across the site. It may set _gcl_* cookies and attribute visits and on-site actions to ad clicks. We do not use it for remarketing or ad personalisation and do not send form entries. Analytics-only consent does not activate the advertising tag. You can withdraw either choice in privacy settings.
Aggregate page-view, contact-click and enquiry-submission counters are retained in Cloudflare Analytics Engine for 3 months. These counters also require consent. Analytics does not include every visitor: refusal, script blockers or browser exclusion disable measurement.
Your consent choices are saved in browser storage for 180 days. You can change or withdraw them below or in the footer of any page. Withdrawal stops further measurement and removes the relevant Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies on this site; it does not erase previously collected reports. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. The separate “Exclude my visits” setting disables measurement in this browser until the setting or site data is removed; it does not identify a person and works independently of the IP address.
Hosting, maps and external websites
Cloudflare provides hosting and security. Handling an internet connection involves the infrastructure provider processing technical data. For more information, see the Cloudflare privacy policy.
The embedded Google map or the Geoportal orthophoto (Head Office of Geodesy and Cartography, GUGiK) loads only after you select the “Show map” button. Clicking a link to the Google profile or another website opens an external service with its own privacy rules. Service providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area; they publish information about their rules and safeguards in their documentation.
Questions and your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing, and, where applicable, object to processing or request data portability. Your rights depend on the basis and circumstances of the processing. You may also lodge a data protection complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
If you would like clarification about how your enquiry is handled, email kontakt@justynazych.pl.
Favourite properties in your browser
When you select a heart, your browser saves the property identifier on your device. Favourites are used only to retrieve the properties you selected. Remove items using the heart or clear the site data in your browser settings. The list is not a user account or an advertising profile; prices and availability come from the current catalogue.
Website language
We save your manual PL / ENG selection in the __Host-jz-language cookie for up to one year. It contains only the selected language, without a personal identifier, and does not enable analytics or advertising measurement. On the main address we use this selection, or your preferred browser language when no selection has been saved. You can change your choice using the switch or remove it by clearing the site data.
Light and dark themes
Your theme choice is stored locally in your browser to keep the appearance on future visits. You can change it with the header button or remove it by clearing site data. Switching the theme does not enable analytics or advertising measurement.
Property enquiries and requests for new listings
The property form asks for your name, phone number or email, and your question. The property reference is included in the enquiry. When you submit it, the information goes directly to Justyna’s private CRM so she can reply and arrange further contact. The form uses the technical session and abuse protection described in the AI advisor section.
If you ask to hear about new listings, the CRM also receives your criteria and a record of your consent. Justyna handles these requests individually. Consent covers contact about new properties matching your criteria, using the phone number or email provided (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). It is optional and separate from an ordinary enquiry about one property.
You can withdraw consent to receive information about new properties at any time by emailing kontakt@justynazych.pl. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Your criteria are used to help with your property search until it ends or you withdraw consent; information needed to document the handling of your enquiry or defend legal claims may be retained on the relevant basis described above.
Enquiry notifications
Viewing requests, property enquiries, search criteria, contact forms and approved AI-advisor enquiries are saved in the private CRM and sent to Justyna’s business email. The email includes your contact details, message, selected properties and preferred time, if provided. Responding to your enquiry does not require marketing consent. Consent to new property suggestions is requested separately in the appropriate form.
If email is temporarily unavailable, we keep the notification in a private Cloudflare queue and retry delivery. After the provider confirms sending, we remove the message and contact details from the queue; technical delivery records and undelivered notifications are removed after no more than 30 days during hourly cleanup. Clearing an AI conversation does not remove an approved enquiry from the CRM, the email or a notification awaiting delivery. We do not automatically email the client or reserve an appointment without Justyna’s confirmation.
Arranging property viewings
The “Arrange a viewing” form collects your first name, a phone number or email address, your preferred date and time, and the selected listing number. Your surname, a second contact method and additional notes are optional. Providing details is voluntary, but your first name, one contact method and a preferred time are needed to handle this request. Do not provide a PESEL number, bank details or identity documents.
We use your details to respond to your request, check whether a viewing is possible and confirm the appointment. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, otherwise, our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Sending a request does not consent to marketing or notifications about other properties.
Your request goes to Justyna’s private CRM on Cloudflare infrastructure. Details are available to people authorised to handle the request and to the infrastructure provider as necessary to deliver the service. We do not send this form to an AI model, or its contents, contact details or preferred time to Google Analytics or Google Ads. We keep data while handling your request and any subsequent cooperation; after the matter ends, only data necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise and defend claims remains, for the period required by those obligations or limitation periods.
Your chosen time is a suggestion and is not automatically reserved. Justyna will contact you and confirm the appointment individually. We do not make automated decisions or profile you on this basis. You have the rights described in the “Questions and your rights” section, including the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To change your preferred time or details, email kontakt@justynazych.pl.
Chatting with the AI adviser
The AI adviser helps you find a property, explore its public details and prepare an enquiry for Justyna. Your messages and attached photos are sent to OpenAI to prepare a response. Information about the provider's processing is available in the OpenAI privacy policy. AI conversations may contain errors, and an assessment of the visible finish in a photograph does not confirm a property’s technical condition or value.
A technical cookie allows you to continue your conversation when you move to another page. The session is valid for 24 hours. Messages and photos are stored privately in Cloudflare's infrastructure for 30 days from the start of the conversation. Justyna can access them in her CRM, even if you do not submit the enquiry form. After this period, they are deleted automatically during an hourly data clean-up. You can use the “Clear conversation” button sooner. An IP address hash that changes daily is used to protect against abuse; it is not used for advertising.
Your enquiry is sent to Justyna after you review the summary, provide a phone number or email address, and select “Send enquiry to Justyna”. The approved message and selected photos are then sent to the private CRM. Further retention depends on how the enquiry is handled, as described in the contact section. Clearing the conversation removes the temporary session data; for data from an enquiry already submitted, please contact Justyna.
Do not include identity documents, PESEL numbers, bank details or other people's data in photos or messages. The adviser's contact form requires one way to contact you: a phone number or an email address.
